We've identified the issue with invalid integration keys and we've pushed a fix. We're seeing error rates drop significantly and will continue to monitor the fix through the day.

We are actively investigating an issue with a portion of valid API calls to our custom integrations endpoint returning 403 HTTP responses.
We will continue to update incident status as we learn more and begin working on a fix.
